RESOURCE BASED

In case of full-time resources, the criteria is defined by the client regarding expertise and skills requirements.
Assigning of already available resources or hiring and training of fresh candidates for the resources is done by JSE.
The resource is designated to customer projects followed by the approval of the latter under client supervision.
The designing of functional and technical infrastructure, training and replacements are conducted by JSE as per the requirement.

PROJECT BASED

As per the criteria followed, the client provides the details of project to JSE by email or conference call.
The project will be designated to the available resources by JSE.
The completed project is then delivered back to the client within a time span of 24-48 hours.
Followed by the feedback from the client, revisions are conducted by the JSE as per the requirements.
